WARRANTY POLICY

WHAT'S COVERED?

Museumdice Inc. offers a LIFETIME guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use. If a defect arises, and you follow the instructions for returning the product at the bottom of this page, Museumdice Inc. will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the one being replaced, or refund all or part of the purchase price.

Museumdice Inc. is not obligated to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned. When a refund is provided, the returned product becomes the property of Museumdice Inc.

This warranty remains in effect for your lifetime as long as you own our products.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured by Museumdice Inc. It does not apply to damages caused by:

• Accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication.

• Use of non-Museumdice products.

• Regular wear and tear.

• Damage to the item that occurs after the date of sale.

Specific properties of materials, such as the natural oxidation of certain metals, are not covered by this warranty. Museumdice Inc. reserves the right to ultimately determine what constitutes an accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication.

Any shipping costs or fees are not covered under this warranty to the extent permitted by law. All shipping costs required to send the item to Museumdice Inc. or to receive the item back at the customer’s preferred address must be paid in advance by the customer.

Do not expose your Museumdice products to harsh chemicals or environments as they can alter the product's appearance.

This limited warranty and the remedies stated above are exclusive and in place of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Museumdice Inc. specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Museumdice Inc. is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other legal theory. No Museumdice Inc. retailer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this limited warranty.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this limited warranty does not affect such rights.
